QuickTask Mopping System

Flat mops provide a very efficient way to clean and disinfect surfaces as they allow the user to mimic the “pull and lift” action of a wipe thereby physically removing contaminants from the surface. Contec mop head frames are specifically designed to give good, even coverage with no uneven pressure points. The robust head joint allows controlled movement of the mop head to ensure all surfaces can be reached improving the consistency of the cleaning and disinfection process.

QuickTask mop head frames are available in stainless steel or durable autoclavable plastic. QuickTask Magnetic mop head frames can be used hands-free in conjunction with the QuickTask Hands-free mop head removal tool. The hinged mop frames allows quick and easy replacement of the mop heads encouraging operators to change mop heads frequently in line with best practice. The mop head frames can be used with a variety of QuickConnect Mop Handles allowing them to be used in all sizes of room and facility. The mop frames and handles are all autoclavable at 121?C for 30 minutes.

Each mop head has been specifically chosen to be compatible with a wide range of chemicals and disinfectants including quats and hypochlorite solutions. We can offer one of widest ranges of flat mop heads; from sterile knitted polyester for Grade B rooms to cost-effective microfibre or polyester/cellulose mop heads.

MGMP0004/MGMP0005 (Sterile)
The MicroGenesis mop head is constructed of synthetic microfibre that creates a lightweight and cost effective mop, ideal for the removal of gross soil and fine particulates. The lightest mop in the range, the MicroGenesis mop heads allow the even release of disinfectants and detergents with a surface coverage of 6sqm.

TASK0500, TASK0550 (Irradiated)
QuickTask TASK0500 and TASK0550 are constructed from hydroentangled cellulose /polyster nonwoven fabric with a synthetic fibrefill core. This provides a highly sorbent mop which is suitable for the removal of light soil, residues and biofilms. Designed to be cost effective for single use, the mop heads are compatible with a wide range of chemicals and disinfectants, including chlorine solutions. The sterile version is gamma irradiated and validated sterile to a 10-6 SAL.

MHQT100, MHQT0150 (Sterile)
QuickTask MHQT Flat Mop Heads are manufactured from 100% 2-ply polyester around a polyester / rayon core so are ideal for even the highest grade of cleanroom as they generate very small numbers of particle and fibres. These mop heads have been specifically designed for use with Contec's Mop Saturation Systems. With high absorbency the mops are suitable for single use saturation, giving a surface coverage up to approximately 20 sqm.

TASK0200, TASK0250 (Sterile)
QuickTask TASK0200 and TASK0250 mop heads are constructed from multi-layers of 100% knitted polyester creating a highly sorbent mop which allows for an even application of solution. The cleanroom laundered polyester ensures a very low level of particulates making the mop suitable for use in the highest grade of cleanroom.

TASK0300
The small, blue loop microfibre construction of TASK0300 provides exceptional performance in removing liquids, soil, residues, and other contaminants from most surfaces. The TASK0300 is especially effective on polymeric flooring. TASK0300 are highly sorbent and are ideal for mopping-to-dry on wet surfaces.

TASK0400
The TASK0400 mop is manufactured from 100% knitted microfibre polyester which has been cleanroom laundered making it the cleanest mop in the range with extremely low levels of particulates. The tubular knit loops making cleaning of cove bases and ceiling/wall joints easier than with standard flat mops. The looped construction is very sorbent, suitable for mopping-to-dry already wet surfaces.

TASK0600
The TASK0600 is a flat, pad-style mop head designed for outstanding cleaning performance and exceptional durability. The unique microfibre and foam core construction ensures excellent floor contact and high sorbency. The mop can be used for application of a wide range of solutions, and to mop-to-dry already wet surfaces. The texture of the ribbed microfibre mop face also provides excellent cleaning ability especially for tough residues.

TASK0800, TASK0850 (Irradiated)
QuickTask Microfibre Mop Heads are manufactured from 100% single-loop microfibre around a polyester / rayon core. The fabric is ultrasonically cut to reduce fibre shedding and provide a microfibre mop that is ideal for cleanrooms with small numbers of particle and fibres. The single-loop microfibre provides exceptional absorbency so the mops are suitable for single use saturation, giving a surface coverage up to approximately 22 sqm.
