CONSTIX SF-7 swab consists of 100 PPI polyurethane foam adhesive-bonded to a flexible nylon tip. The tip is mechanically secured in a tubular polypropylene handle.
The polyurethane foam head provides good particles entrapment and removal. The absorbent foam enables solvents, such as isopropanol and ethanol, to be readily sorbed for applications involving solvent delivery and removal.
Though compatible with many common solvents, the SF-7 is not recommended for use with ketones such as acetone or MEK.
