The PROSAT QuickTask Mopping System provides a consistent and convenient option if 70% IPA is needed for cleaning, disinfection or residue removal in small to medium cleanrooms. Each mop is presaturated with a consistent amount of 70% IPA and DI water, eliminating the need for additional accessories such as bucket systems or wringers.
PROSAT QuickTask Flat Mop Heads are manufactured from 100% 2-ply polyester around a polyester / rayon core so are ideal for even the highest grade of cleanroom as they generate very small numbers of particle and fibres. The mop heads are ideal for rinsing after applying disinfectants to ceilings, walls, and floors or for removing dried-on residues from surfaces.
PROSAT QuickTask Mops are available sterile via irradiation. The packs have a small number of mops per pack to ensure they can all be used up in one session.
When used as a disinfectant, the IPA mop heads are efficacious against bacteria in 1 min and yeasts in 3 mins. PROSAT QuickTask are authorised for sale in the EU and United Kingdom under the EU and GB Biocidal Products Regulation.
